- You can only send us exit traffic from the page that loads in front of all other windows when a surfer leaves your site.
- You can not send us your exit traffic if you already send traffic via a console of a competitor (enter or exit).

All of the following terms and conditions must be adhered to and are legally binding immediately upon agreement. SYSYSYS reserves the right to terminate any agreement upon their discretion.

DO NOT SPAM IN ANY WAY. We detect and discard all clicks from e-mail, newsgroups, ICQ and all other methods than a web page. Spamming by any of these methods is pointless, the clicks will be discarded, and your account will be terminated.
- Your webpage has to hold adult-content. We do not accept traffic from any sites that are illegal in the US, are known to have cheated other sponsors or promote the following content, programs or linking practices: child pornography, bestiality, depiction of rape, warez, password selling or trading, newsgroup postings, spam e-mails. All accounts that contain these kind of content will be deleted without notification, and reported to the appropriate authorities.
- We only accept traffic from english, french and german websites. Abnormal language statistics in your traffic lead to cancelation of your account without payment.
- You may send traffic via an approved console only.
- You will be paid per unique impression as determined by our counting/tracking software. Unique impression are declared as unique over a period of 24 hours. Our log files will prevail in determining the amount of impressions.
- You will be paid every month. Payments are mailed within 30 working days after the end of the pay period assuming that your account balance is at least $50.00. Payment will be carried over from month to month until your account has accrued at least $50.00.
- Bookmark Setting / Homepage Hijacking or other manipulations are not allowed on websites that hold our link codes.
- The console must open in a full-screen window with standard browser-features.
- The exit console can not open when hyperlinks are clicked on your website.
- Any attempt to force the surfer to click our links including, but not limited to, opening unclosable consoles is not allowed.
- All sites are continually reviewed, any site found to be cheating us in any way, will have their account terminated and will not be paid - period. We will make no exceptions to this rule.
- You can not reffer yourself, your family members or fake-identities to SYSYSYS.
- SYSYSYS reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than 30 days.
- SYSYSYS will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your / our hosting equipment or technical errors.
- We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reason.
- We reserve the right to alter or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to Webmasters. It is your responsibility to refer to this document from time to time so that you may be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
- We have gone to extreme length to insure that our program is cheater proof with custom made multiple anti-cheat protections. This is good news for all the honest webmasters in our program, and bad news for anyone attempting to cheat us.
